It was nice how you demonstrated good sportsmanship and courtesy by asking if it was okay before you set up. You're not only selling us your product and showing how to use it but you're promoting thoughtfulness. That goes along way!
I bought your sluice a few years ago and it works great! I like your power supply, better idea than the car battery. Yeah it gets heavy on the way down to the river!👍👍
I just received my new minimax. I am finding gold here in Kodiak This is by far way better then any other setup I see other people use. I like the upgraded firehouse style waterline hookup. 😍
It all depends on the type of material you are running. Heavy black sands every few buckets. Typical material you can go 6 bucket or so. If you are using it in the clean up mode with just the miracle mat you should clean up at least every 5 gallon buck and use a magnet to remove the black sand.
Present buddy, !! Simple gold search tool that is simple for under everywhere ,! very informative buddy, !! greetings from Gold Searchers from Indonesia😱💯👍
Hey Pat, mine has the larger single pump. Any better to have the dual? Have only ran it in my driveway to test the flow and setup. Can hardly wait to get it up on the river. Darn knee surgery has slowed me down plus all these Southern Oregon fires as well. So far I’m very impressed.
Quick question, could the mini max be used as a dredge when using a gas powered pump, and using an 1 1/2- 2" nozzle? Looks like an awesome unit that's very versatile to use, easy to set up.
Looks like a great unit the one with the 2 smaller water pumps. Very disappointed that I can't get it with the 2 water pumps had everything I'm looking for before the change to 1 bigger pump.
@@digitalwarrior6731 hey bud, thanks for the reply. I loved my mini max. I ended up just hauling a deep cycle battery around with it. Sadly my house burned down in the camp fire and I lost all my prospecting equipment.
@@digitalwarrior6731 I believe I paid about $700. They have changed the design on newer ones. Now there is only one intake pump, but it is much larger. It's a great little unit. 10/10 will buy again.
I always use a U1 battery and this weighs roughly 20 lbs. and will last 4 to 5 hours. This is allI I am good for in a day. Some times I will keep one battery at my camper and one at the site. However I have not broke into the second battery unless I bring along some friends.
Mr. Keene, I noticed that you used two different grates, one in the field you called a claw grate and then you used a classifier grate when working with cons. How many grates come standard with the Mini Max, please?
Just curious.. If using one of those battery supply charging units, how long can you use this system out in the field before is goes dead and won't run the pumping system anymore? I'm sure the pumps have a pretty low amp draw.. thanks.
Shipping into NZ is tough right now air freight it super high right now. You should contact our dealer there he may have some in stock GOLDRUSH TOURS & SUPPLIES LTD | DredgeNZ 23 Camwell Park, RD 1 Kaiapoi, 7691 phone: 03 313 1986 mobile: 021 205 5272 info@dredgenz.co.nz www.dredgenz.co.nz
I noticed it surging with that kind of header, would that not cause some gold loss. Don't get me wrong I love and own your products. but I feel like it would work better with a spray bar at the grizzly section to reduce the surge when putting in matterial.
I just tried 1 out and it gets gold smaller then a piece of glitter. Re ran tailings and found a peice so small wasn't worth working about. Am going to add a magnetic area somwere on it.
Hello. Can you pls recommend a good recheargeable battery for Johnson 2200 GPH 12 Volt Pump? I would avoid using car batteries. I found the mini max gold sluice at one reseller in Germany. It is supplied with above mentioned pump model. Thanks.
Christian, We played with the dream matting for over 2 weeks in several types of conditions. About 30 guys tried it and no one liked it. I tried it in the shop in a controlled environment and I watched the gold wash right past the cyclones I was disappointed as well.

The stock ones work flawlessly we use combinations of different mats. I see some customers go buy different matting and they all go back to stock systems eventually.
Would you be able to sell me Just those adjustable legs, I have a Keene 52 no legs ,Im a retired welder fabricator and would have no problem attaching them ,I was going to fabricate the legs myself but we are moving and my shop is all packed up, Love your products and the fact they are American made, Not from China Great job guys, I have an Idea how to possibly improve a Sluice ,Who would I speak to.
We now use a single RP2200 pump with a single 1.25" hose. The pump produces roughly 2200 Gallons per hour or or 36 rpm. The single pump does provide a little more flow than the 2 smaller pumps.
@@hardog22 You could try it however if you are going to go with that big a pump you should run the bigger pressure hose keep the friction loss to a minimum and look at the larger hooper like we use on the A52S sluice box. If you look at some our out post you will get the idea. check out this link facebook.com/1436836256/videos/10224652990658979/
No these are not on amazon. It is important for the customer to understand completely what they are purchasing. Plus we like to talk to our customers and make sure everything is being set up correctly. Some customers might set it up the with wrong air regulator or air hose etc.
i want this but i'm trying to find a way to charge the 12 volt deep cycle battier, using a cars alternator waterwheel you can send a link to me please ,cause camp n mine for 2 weeks i find nice gold i'm 49erbob i'll buy this when i sell my ounce
Robert The amp draw is most likely around 3 amps for the 2 pumps. I have used a small solar panel to keep my battery charged up on the river. Since you are not running the pumps all the time a small to medium panel works well. A water wheel would be a cool set up however I am not sure wear to find one.
