I would be filing several charges along with 1st degree murder, urinating in public, child endangerment, disruption of a business, I might be missing other charges. Glad both are in custody. I would be asking sex crimes detectives to check into that!! I worked my local jails and met a Phoenix Police sex crimes detective who looked 12 but was 22. Because he caught an inmate flashing the under age boys touring the jail under court orders. He didn't even have any stubble and really looked young!! He was very professional and we charged the inmate with showing his privates to young kids!! I arrested the inmate and filed charges through the county attorney's office, the inmate went to prison there after.
