We talk with trainer Danny Gargan, a Louisville product whose racing stable is based in New York about his Kentucky Derby contender Dornoch, the 3-1 second choice in Saturday's $1 million, Grade 1 Toyota Blue Grass at Keeneland. (The 2-1 favorite is Sierra Leone, who finished second by a nose to Dornoch in last fall's Remsen Stakes.) In his only start this year, Dornoch -- a full brother to 2023 Kentucky Derby winner Mage -- led all the way in an otherwise paceless race to win Gulfstream Park's Grade 2 Fountain of Youth. This video is available for any media use as part of the Kentucky HBPA's initiative to provide supplemental racing content to news outlets.
