I am gobsmacked by the number of people there, unless this was a big stakes day. Having lived in Lexington for 10 years, the Spring & Fall meets always drew a good crowd, all dressed in their finery to show respect for the sport, but nothing like this! You did an incredible job on showcasing the Keeneland facility, really well done... kudos to you! 🏇🏆
@@apharoah12 I was amazed at how commercial it has become, twice the size! I remember the "old timers" which I guess I am now, regretting the track's installation of a P.A. system to call the races! Although always a beautiful place, it was more of a hometown track with miles of history & of course tradition, that attracted the best from the area that consecutively bred many of the best Thoroughbreds our sport had to offer. Really enjoyed your coverage as I always do. Keep up the good work.
As a local I think you did a decent job. Don’t arrive looking shabby. People dress up for Keeneland. Oh a tip for you young men; place is absolutely packed with beauty young women . And God forbid anything is done to make Keeneland look anything like the monstrosity over Louisville way.
