This is why I prefer polyester fabric shirts in hot OR cold weather. I have been seeing a lot on bushcraft forums about how polyester is hard to get clean and holds body odor. This has not been my experience and in this video, I tell you and show you why. Do you prefer polyester? Cotton? A cotton/poly blend? Hey, thanks for the tip, mister. I had a habit of wearing my polyester and spandex sportswear regularly under my regualr clothes in order to wick away sweat, but now I'll try your method and only wear it during workouts. Thanks for the knowledge, again.

you're a saint brother, I work delivering food so sometimes i heat up very fast and sweat especially when we enter summertime here in Scandinavia because it's a lot of physical work and we have alot of moisture in the air here. I've been wearing shorts from Bass Pro almost everyday in the Middle East, plus over a year in general then out of the blue they started smelling horrible like fish. think I maybe went a year with some new 71% polyester and recycled polyester shorts and just out of the blue one day smelled like a switch came on.

Only use water and maybe soap - don't wash your polyester shirt in Diesel !!!!

Polyester is actually ideal for its wicking properties. There is a reason that activewear is made out of polyester. It’s not because there is a shortage of cotton. There is a reason things are done the way they are done and a reason things are made the way they are made. Perhaps you should try to understand that before you make a comment.

@@mikem5475 Maybe you should understand that sometimes people have to wear it even if they don’t want to. Ever hear of a stupid boss who decides it’s the right thing even though he doesn’t wear them, and doesn’t even do the same job as you, so either doesn’t know or doesn’t care about this issue?
