Just start working towards your progress bro... 5 minutes, 10 minutes, Half n hr, an hour, it keeps going on then. Go to the gym, build yourself up. It's hard but trust me, it gets easy with time, and you're gonna love it in the end.

Find something that you feel is more than yourself, greater than yourself. COMMIT to that and everything else will fall in line. But you got to do it for that thing more than you, not you. If you start doing things again for me me me then you’ll be right back where you are are are. Commit, grind, grow.
