Hey there friends, we hope you're all doing well and having a good week!
This one has been a really tough one for us. Last Friday our Instagram account got hacked and we ended up losing our account which felt like a big hit for us. We spent the best part of a year trying to build up our following and spread our positivity and within the space of a few hours, it was hijacked and we had to delete the account, which really sucks!
However, in this weeks episode, we try and turn it around and make our experience into something positive that we can grow from. This is something we try and do all the time, but this one feels like more of a challenge and it's something that we're trying to process and deal with in the best way we can!
So, we decided that we would start a new Keep Growing Instagram account, one that we can treat as a fresh start! We're thinking of taking a little trip away this week to the Lake District, to try and get a bit of space from our work life. We discuss in the podcast how that, after so many of consistent months of being on the work grind, this feels like quite an overwhelming change for us - particularly Mike. However, we found this episode so cathartic and really value having this as a positive platform to air our our problems and discuss our feelings in the most healthy and cathartic way.
