Focaccia
(Ingredients) For 1 baking sheet
600 g strong flour
2 tablespoons (20g) sugar
2 teaspoons (10g) salt
1 teaspoon (4g) dry yeast
4 tablespoons olive oil
480g lukewarm water

5 to 6 tablespoons olive oil
Bake in the oven at 200℃ for 30 minutes
Because it does not require a second fermentation, it can be made in a short time and anyone can bake it fluffy and delicious without failure.
Bake a large amount of focaccia,
Cut them into bite-size pieces, seal them one by one like this, and freeze them.
When you want to eat it, take out one piece at a time and let it thaw naturally at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
You can also eat it as it is, so it's very convenient.
