@@lilredsensei20 I happen to be an over sprayer so my performance may be different than others. But it lasts on my skin 5 to 6 hours. Projects pretty strong for about 2 hours.
Aqua essenziale blu will always be in my collection!! It definitely smells way more expensive than what it is to me! Cant go wrong with St Barts either! I love the salty lime i fet from it! Eau de cologne done right! Great video Ross! Keep up the hard work!
I immediately bought Salvatore Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale Blu in February 2023 as soon as I smelled the tester in the perfume shop. The next day I came to the same store again to buy a second bottle. The first one has only 5% left. Will open the second new bottle soon. One day I came to a perfume shop (not the same shop where I bought Essenziale Blu) to check some fragrances on my wish list. As soon as I approached the two staff, they both kept saying how good my fragrance smelled, and asked what fragrance I was wearing. Maybe they have never smelled Essenziale Blu because they don't sell SALVATORE FERRAGAMO. This is an airy scent. Really like this Essenziale Blu. The nose behind this Essenziale Blu is a great perfumer Alberto Morillas. 🍻Cheers from Sarawak, Borneo Island.
Indeed....... Salvatore Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale Blu!!! To ME...... it's gotta little bit of a tangy, a zingy quality. It's absolutely one of my favorite "blue" frags, too. Im SOOO glad that I grabbed 3 testers back in 2020, even though two of them haven't even been used yet. 🤷♂️ And at my age, and with my collection..... they might stay that way. Great stuff, Ross! 👃😎👃
My list would include one I know you are a fan of - Pepe Jeans Celebrate . It is somewhat unique with black current and citrus with a light chocolate note , then becomes a gourmand fragrance with cinnamon , tonka and cacao in mid with a sparkling gin note . The dry down consist of amberwood with some patchouli .It shares notes of 3 popular mainstream fragrances , but has an identity of its own . A true hidden gem for $30 !

Two for me , definitely Rochas L' homme - that blood orange in the opening, damn, if only that lasts longer, that intoxicates me ... Also for summer, melon and cappuccino mix, AB Blue Seduction - only downside, lasts only 3-4 hours on me, but this summer already used 50ml, now eating new 100ml 😅... Found a 50ml Aqua essceziale blu for $12 at Macy's backstage. It's a pretty good blue fragrance addition for my collection, but I definitely prefer Dylan blue.
My favorite cheapies is by far "BOIS DE VETIVER " BY Karl Lagerfeld...smell natural(at least no harsh notes at the opening) amd always always make good impression with people and perform good
I have Bois D’ Ambre from Lagerfeld and it’s like D&G The One with a little less tobacco. I’m curious about the Yuzu one. I need to see if there’s a buying guide for Karl Lagerfeld

Wow all freshies! CK One Shock is a cheapie I will ALWAYS have a bottle of. I’ll never get tired of it, it is an absolute staple and signature in my collection for cool weather

In regards to your comment at the end of the video about having St Barts since 2010, it cracks me up how a lot of people will try to claim that fragrances "expire" and "go bad" after 3-5 years. That's absurd. There are fragrances and oils that are still good, if not almost the same, after 30-40 years! The top notes can become muted though. I have over a dozen bottles that I bought when I first started into fragrances in 2010, that still smell the same, or even better, and richer than when I bought them 13 years ago. I've bought over 120 bottles since 2010 and not one has ever "gone bad". Not one. If consistently stored in the coolest, darkest and driest location in your house (luckily for me my north facing bedroom closet), almost all of them will never go bad.
Ross, I'm definitely with you on that Aqua Essenziale Blu and Missoni Wave. When you turn us onto those, I immediately said these are lifers. Avon's Black Suede is another cheapie for life for me.

Thanks for the list. I have Missoni Wave, chrome extreme and Coach for men. Absolutely solid scents. I think Coach Green is even better than the OG coach but I'm still waiting for the price to drop a little more before I purchase it. There are a few on your list that I really wanna get and will definitely keep an eye out for them.
Bought Missoni Wave back when it was first getting hyped and so glad I did. 1/4th thru my bottle and it actually performs way better on my skin than AHS Eau Extreme. Very interesred in the Ferragamo cheapie.
im goin' TB Martinique. but to be fair, i used my whole St Bart's ..lol. its nice and suprisingly versatile in lots of situations .Guess Man (the green) is still awesome and Zara Florence is super nice. Just got Star Men Nebula by Fragrance World a Pure Malt clone and loving that one :).
I dont know why I just dont like Acqua Essenzial Blu. Its very boring to me just Amber and Tonka. thats all I smell. I much prefer the OG. Seems like there is more too it and more of a compliment getter for me. The rest of the list is A+. Great vid as always.
I puchased the Acqua Essentiale as it was a cheapie. Its not horrible, but its not great either. If its between Dylan Blue and Acqua, I will reach for DB every time. Acqua doesn't work as well with my body chemistry i guess.
Aspen would be a cheapie for life for me. Still smells the same as Cool Water OG from the 90s but at around $10 or so for a 118 ml bottle and some say same vibes as Green Irish Tweed (never smelled it) that I can use literally everyday and just respray after 4-5 hours and it won't hurt me. 😊
I gave my Chrome extreme to a friend of mine after I got ADG profondo. Out of the chrome line aqueous my favorite. Try that stuff in the winter time believe it or not it actually works. But my favorite out of the chrome line bar none is united. I love that powdery undertone it has. I haven't had that great of luck with Chrome EDP although I've only worn it about three times. Watching you for a long time, so no surprise I have more than half of these. I got Acqua Essenziale Blu solely because of you, and I am happy I got it, such a nice classy scent! My top "10 Cheap fragrances for life" list would surely include at least a couple scents from Lalique and Jacques Bogart.
the cleanest most fresh smelling fragrance is a very simple soapy scent.. its called Nui Bleu by house of violet... defiantly worth the $150 for the bottle.. perfomance on me is incredible..
Gotta say, I can't live without good old cK One.. Done to death, terrible performance and cloned to death but it is what it is and (imo) you cannot offend anyone with it 😅
My wife has run out of her BR 540 extrait. What is the best clone in your opinion? I mean I already know she’s gonna get the real deal, she’s a doctor so she don’t really care but I am interested in doing a side by side with her just to see the results.

Good list, i have a most of them and really like them other than HM Hero tried it once, too sweet and never picked up Tommy Bahama. I would have had some of the same picks, but included Bentley Black Edition, and Zara Magnificent Black even though its not being made anymore maybe the best cheapie ever tbh...
Yeah, Acqua Essenziale Blu is one of my favorites from that list, it kinda gives me the same vibe as Bleu de Chanel which I love, really nice and elegant fragance, my other favorites are Rochas L'Homme and Chrome Extreme.
chrome extreme and rochas l,homme are very nice and to me underrated...i blind buy these and im so happy...thanks for that all star list...some of them on my target now...keep the great inspiration.

I have six of these and 5 of them were of off your recommendations. I knew four of these were for sure going to be on your list. I was surprised that Cambridge Knight wasn’t on there. I would’ve had Davidoff Run Wild Montblanc Individuel or Starwalker Original Cool Water Perry Ellis 360 White Drakkar Intense Are some that could make my list.

I've recently revisted Aspen by Coty, and it's still amazing. We're about the same age, so you no doubt have some olfactory memory associated with it. If you haven't, I'd encourage you to check it out again. for $15 you can't go wrong.
Man...Missoni Wave is one of the biggest, most hyped frags ever, and it does not perform for me!! I have seen reviews praising it's performance and I was let down quite a bit.
I love Acqua Essenziale Colonia very much. Every time I wear a suit in combination with Colonia I feel like an Italian mobster from the 40's. Taking no shit from anybody 😂😂
