Keep Those Precious Woodlands Tidy

A local woodland that I used to come to a few years back. It got quite littered with bottles, food packaging, old clothes, etc etc. I decided to come back with some bin liners one day and clear the whole lot up. Amazingly it seems to have stayed nice and even looks like it’s encouraged more green to appear!

Thanks Andy . Yes , it looks like it’s really come alive now. Bluebells are coming out now and I don’t even remember seeing them here before

Great to have such spots to escape to. Can never figure out myself why some feel they need to leave their trash behind. That indeed would be a great place to sit with a book and cup of tea for sure. Put a couple of nice benches in there for that purpose and it would be perfect!
