Yeah, we had to do it that way so it would grab any new entries at the bottom of the range.

Yes, the sorting only occurs when a user adds a row and they are running the add on.

We found a bug related to the case of certain sorts traversing the A-Z range and the AA+ range. This should be all patched up, let us know if you run into anything similar. Thanks again for letting me know.

It's a one-time fee, not per year. However, yeah, it's got to be worth it to you. I've priced the add-on to make sense for users saving hours by using it.

We are piloting a $3 per month price right now FYI.

The most common cause for this error is using it in a browser that has two Google accounts open at the same time. Close one and restart the browser. Another issues is that it is not compatible with data from Google Forms. Does this help?

The add-on is designed to work in one sheet at a time. It needs a range to be selected in order to be active, and the range can only be one sheet. You would need to reselect a range on each sheet.
