What about a quilling tool? There are a couple kinds, I like the slotted tool. And they don't cost much. Might be something to think about if you want to make a lot of tassels.

Hi friend! Big apologies for this ridiculously late reply- my kids have been busy bringing any and all colds back to our home since October! Here's the link to the punch board I used to make the envelopes a.co/d/cYYtPfA TBH while its convenient, it's not necessary as coin envelopes are really easy to make without one. You can find loads of tutorials here on YT. Thank you so much for watching!
