Today I'm going to show you a quick simple mod you can do to your ALH Injection Pump on your TDI. This only works for the Bosch VE style pumps found on many Volkswagen cars between 1999 and 2003. I have swapped my Jeep Cherokee with a 2001 TDI out of a Jetta. The Keystone Mod ensures that your case pressure valve operates properly and does not fall apart as they are prone to especially with these engines being nearly 20 years old at least. I'll show you how to make the tool to remove the valve, replace the seals, and install the Keystone.
