keeping the frame straight...and then disaster strikes! 

So the good news is that the frame is confirmed straight, a reinforcement bar is in place, and the floorboard is off.
But there's a problem...the new floorboard doesn't fit.
I think let's play with fire, then I'll worry about how I'm going to get it all back together.
