Hello everyone. I wanted to share my experience and reaction of unboxing an "UGLY" lens that I bought from KEH. The lens has been identified as a FOCAL Auto MC 28mm. There were so many small brands making lenses that it was difficult for me to recognize the name FOCAL.

I believe Focal is or was a Kmart house brand back in the day. The lens was made in Japan, so it should have some quality . I've been buying g gear from KEH since the late 80's , and have not had any issues. Good luck. KB

Correct. Could have been made by any of 3 or 4 Japanese makers who made lenses for brands like Vivitar and Soligor etc.

I just ordered today the Tamron 70 200 f2.8 G2 in ugly conditions, I hope it arrives as good as yours did.
