Yes, U need pay first be 14:26 fore you live in the dorm. One time pay, you can check the rent fee through the myeonggyo dormitory website. There will be the update price

Tiap tahun dia beda sih, kalau mau lebih jelas bs liat di web myungyo dormitory. Kalau di tahun aku ini skitar 1,126,000 krw (pakai dinner) dan 646,000 krw (gk dinner)

We can choose the dorm type, like if u want the female or male only dorm, u need to pay more. But for the building, room, and roommate, keimyung will choose it
If u want private bathroom, u must choose the female or male dorm only. Just female/male dorm have private bathroom. General hall just have separated bathroom
ya of course, keimyung very concern for their international students. they have so many course in english. they also usually held field trip for free. also, there are a lot of event in university, they usually give international students freebies
