As I continue my Great Loop adventure with the AGLCA I need to work on my torn shoulder cuff injury. During this video I demonstrate the exercises designed to strength my left shoulder muscles. I need to strengthen different muscles to take over the jobs that the muscles with the torn rotator cup used to do.
