Keith's pb&j sandwich ice cream cake should have gotten 1st place for originality. Maybe he & I are the only 2 that thinks so😂. He was so proud of his creation. Me being a spicy foods lover, I would like to sample Kwesi's curry roti donut
I’d like to see a compilation of all the times Eugene had to plug his ears because the other guys (mainly Keith and Ned) were too loud. It’s usually when they’re melting down over their without a recipe results or when they’re all in the car in the drunk driving video.
I was gonna be like “this series is hard but should we compare it to literal wars” but then I realized you were making an acronym of Without a Recipe lmao
Literally Keith's muffin idea was LEGENDARY!!! But the key to success is layers. I am not a famous chef but I have grown up with a lot of home cooking and I am a pretty good home cook. (It's actually kind of sad....I know how to make a perfect brown gravy with no measurements using wheat flour but now I Can't eat it because gluten hurts me....I puff up like the pillsbury dough boy. It feels like I am that huge marshmallow that terrorizes the ghost busters even though on the outside I look normal.) All that being said, I usually go into making new foods with no measurements. I just pay attention to the spices and ingredients. That being said, I have discovered foods that go well together separate do not often mix well. I think the perfect way to have made that muffin would probably be to bake many layers individually and then combine them. I would do a baked mac and cheese layer (classic southern cook out) Then maybe a slightly more firm green bean casserole layer with crunchy french onions (the beauty of layers my friend....crunchy stays crunchy). Then for the final layer I would probably make a softer corn bread with cooked corn and chicken thighs specifically as the chicken of choice. Chicken breasts have a tendency to go dry while the fat of the thighs make them more tender. If you are adding precooked chicken be sure to think about the fat that might leak out into the corn bread. Only lightly season the chicken and cornbread because you want most of your flavor to come from the sauce. Because potatoes are starchy and can mix together with literally anything, all the layers will be held together with mashed potatoes. When you finish your muffin you can use your barbecue sauce on the side because some people will want more then others. The perfect barbecue chicken potluck muffin. This muffin can also be changed to incorporate pulled pork instead of chicken. You can also mix and match with seasonings, flavors, and layers for the holidays. Imagine stuffing instead of cornbread. Layers ❤
I’m surprised that they haven’t made a “Savor the summer” shirt and other merchandise. Cause I would buy it despite Summer being my 3rd favorite season. Like they could make beach tote bags.
