@@amylopez8547 Same here it was a bad and unrealistic example for viewers. It basically said it's ok to get rejected over and over again and then finally get accepted once the first love doesn't work. Real life doesn't work like that.

tbh even Shiro being gay had a backlash from so many dumbasses, that I hardly think they would dare make not one, but three of the mains officially gay, I mean, ppl wouldn't be ready for this sadly haha so I highly doubt it. they set up lance/allura from the beginning, and they went through with it. although it's still pretty surprising how the last two seasons have a perfect set up for keith and lance to get together, so that was very nice of them in my opinion. oh yeah, voltron fandom in general is very... well, agressive, Idk I think, if it's mainly cause it's so popular and has a very wide range of the audience including a very immature ones; I mean, I wasn't ever deep into it, but even then many sides of the fandom legit scared me lol and man, the ship wars were fucking insane. not to mention the "no homo" vs "all the homo" parties xD but in all honesty, I do not think threats affect that, I mean, they're always assholes in many fandoms who sadly do stuff like that, I mean, even I recieved multiple death threats and I'm like nobody xD *shrugs* if threats affected creators, mikasa/eren thingy would be long cancelled, but instead creators push it either way despite the fact that it wasn't even in the manga, replacing the gay scenes with hetero haha I highly doubt some idiot from the fandom can affect the storyline creators came up with

sorry, but this is not true, Voltron from the beginning was placed as a show that would have at most a certain number of episodes (I don't remember exactly how much now), and season 8 closed that number. Not to mention that they announced season 8 as the last even before season 7 was released (at the CCSD2018 event), from the moment I'm on the fandom (early 2018), I never saw any of the producers even mention a season 9 .

Season 7, but i don't remember the episode, but can be, like, in the finale of season bc they are captured by the Major Sanda in this scene
