Bro, that’s what’s wrong with our community now is we have too many shady crooks in our community, especially with the older people man, I agree with you, I would’ve sued.
It's a problem with us as a collective, we have alot of kids that's growing up with a single mother, basically raising themselves, and they make it at this old of an age and still have the same exact mentality that failed them when they were younger... Smh, it's so crazy to me how most of us don't have self initiave to be better then what's expected.
I'm not sure about that fam... She can easily go to court and fight that case as well as to why she feels entitled to it... I think it's a lost for her regardless, but she does have a chance to win because it wasn't a tip based on she having to do that in order to get it. Also, with the dollar amount as high as it is, it's very technical..
She can do whatever she want but what she did is morally reprehensible and will hurt her business in the long run. 4k and a bad rep vs 2k and a boosted good reputation is a no brainer.

She even wore the merch but claimed Sherell wasn’t with her. Sherell righteously deserved $2k but she just wanted her brother to get paid. The owner will continue to struggle but Sherell will get plenty Ws bcuz that’s how God works.
