mahalo anakala kekuni blaisdell for your leadership and guidance during this period when I was able to participate in the Maui planning committee for this event. With you as my mentor, I have learned very much of our Kupuna Kahiko and what is my kuleana in this life. To my sister Kekula, I see you are smiling with our Kupuna Kahiko, I miss you, and I thank you for sharing your mana`o and mana with me on my return home from living abroad to over 20 years. I carry my kuleana with me to share with other people of the world of who was our Kupuna Kahiko and we are their descendant. Aloha ia `oe Kekula until we see each again.
