You wouldn’t believe the sights in Nashville. I was in spaghetti factory down off 2nd avenue and an entire bare ass came floating across my window on a pedal tavern. You just gotta look sometimes.
Luke McQueary is best guitar player I've ever seen live, and that includes many people famous for being guitar players. He's an absolute master, and just getting started. Don't miss him if you go to Nashville (plus it's free)
I saw Joe Fick down in Memphis, TN with The Dempseys a few times at Elvis' Restaurant on Beale Street while it was open (great place while it lasted in the mid 2000s or so). He was doing all kinds of crazy stunts and acrobatics on that upright double bass, as well as making great music, look for some of their old videos, although those don't do him justice at all, he was crazy amazing and fun to watch live, ha. Later talked to him a bit at a local Memphis music store. Great player and a really nice guy. Good to see him still going strong.
The moment the girl enters the pub and Luke looks at her with a smile is like a movie 🙂 "Hello darling..look at me ..I'm rockin.." It's such a sweet moment every musician had in his life.. You're getting popular..
A bar where Joaquin Phoenix tears it up on the upright bass, Thor abuses a Telecaster in the best possible way, and all done in front of a picture of Ron Burgundy. This is my kinda place.
Holy moly!! This is one HOT trio!😄🎵🎶 I can see why the paint is coming off that Tele.. those are some smokin' hot licks he's got goin' on.😲 The scenery going by is pretty nice too.. props to the camera man!!🤩
😁🙉🙈 l know from experience, it's terrible isn't it. Afterwards you say what in gods name was wrong with me? how could l just totally ignore her ?! Music can be dangerous it seems to me
Luke might rock out a little more, but Merle always gave his guitar players 2 solos. One by the book, the other he let rock cut loose on. James Burton, Roy Nichols and Redd Volkaert could absolutely tear it up.
