I work nights but would always come home at 9 pm to give my mother her insulin shot ask if she needs anything her response would be; I love you, be careful, see you in the morning. I'd give her a kiss on her forehead and go back to work. So that part in your song was like my mother talking to me again. Yes the tears are following gosh I miss her so much. I have never heard a more beautiful song. "Pickler and Ben", is my favourite talk show. I've been waiting since the 1980's to watch a show that my whole family can watch. This song should be the mantra, worldwide for the women's movement. I've had incredible women in my life as well, who've taught me what it means to be a sister, a daughter, a friend, a wife, a mother and a grandmother.

My mom left me when I was a year oldso when I heard the song about her mom I broke down in tears because it made me think of my mother now this one my grandmother raised me and she passed away a year ago and june.
