I went to see Kelly Clarkson twice this year, in the same month and only eight days apart. You can't help but fall in love with her voice, her talent and her personality. She's very relatable in ways that a lot of stars in her position, aren't. And it's probably because we knew her as a regular person first, going for her dreams. She won the very first season of American Idol and we knew from the moment she first stepped up on that stage, that she would become a superstar. When I went to see her for the first time, I was hoping she would sing the song that shoved her into the spotlight and topped the Billboard charts. Unfortunately she didn't but I didn't walk away disappointed. Her show, "An Intimate Night With Kelly Clarkson" was all that and more. It also gave me a chance to hear her sing many of the songs from her new album, "Chemistry." I knew her residency in Las Vegas was going to end on August 19th, so I decided to see her again at her last show. If there was going to be the right time to sing the song I wanted to hear, it would be at her final performance...and I was right. She saved my song for her encore, "A Moment Like This" and it was worth the wait. Thank You, Kelly Clarkson for sharing your talents with your fans.
