Kelly Clarkson is so underrated. She has a voice that is so awesome that she can sing many genre's and do it justice. She is super good. She has one of the best voices of our generation.

This wasn't on the "Tonight Show", it was a prime time game show Jimmy Fallon did where he had 4 people come on (two teams of two, basically) and then they did silly musical challenges. These 4 were the judges on "The Voice" at the time so it was kind of like a cross-promo for NBC. And yes, it's almost certain that they had *some* idea of the songs (Ariana is known for her Celine and Britney impressions and Kelly got country, 90s soul, and Whitney, all stuff that's in her wheelhouse) but they still killed it. You *need* to watch "Santa Can't You Hear Me" if you want to seriously lose your mind. 🤣
It’s a possibility that it was rehearsed, but it’s important to note that Kelly, and Ariana are on record doing impressions of these songs. So it’s also a possibility that it’s not rehearsed, and the producers simply did their homework.

i feel like it was rehearsed, Kelly sings those type of songs, and Ariana is well known for her incredible impressions and she already sang Britney', Celine's and Whitney's songs too..but i still find it amazing nonetheless..they're both incredible
I watched that show that night. It’s called That’s my Jam. Kelley and Ariana were perfect. It was beautiful . They were so supportive of one another. That was beautiful too.
If you want more Kelly you should react to her singing “Sober” at the Troubadour. It’s one of her best songs and it’s an impeccable acoustic performance

Try a young Morrissette Amon singing "Akin Ka Na Lang" live on the Wish Bus in the Philippines. I have never seen anyone who reacted or listened to it that was not floored by her vocal talent.
