I also like that she never does the lip-sync BS that so many artists do. There are a select few out there that are able to replicate the studio recording pretty much exactly....but there aren't many. Kelly is definitely one of them that can do it every time. I think she is the most talented and deserving artist to ever come out of 'Idol. I only watched the very first season waaaay back in 2002 and I thought she was just great. It wasn't only her singing either. She had such a great personality that lit up the entire theatre. She seems to have always been an extrovert and I am the antithesis of that but I think they broke the mold after Season #1 and I just never had to watch it again. I am sure there was other talent that came from the show and Carrie Underwood is probably the most successful to a lot of people, especially those that listen to Country music. That season when it came down to Justin or Kelly I was like "Oh cummon....he's probably a nice guy and can sing somewhat" but Simon was right when he said "If America got it right...Kelly will be the American idol". Never doubt Simon I guess... It was close though. Closer than it should have been. 56% to 44% I think it was. I hope the hype currently around her talk show is just that, hype.

Kelly is better than pink and I liked them both when I was young. Pinks songs lately I find are generic and lack deep meaning iuno that's just me.

I’m happy she can look at it that way because it’s very healthy. I’ve been divorced a little longer than Kelly and I can’t seem to get to that place yet because to me, it’s all tainted. My ex was a whole dumpster about everything & I learned what a garbage person he was … so I’m bitter. 😂 I love that for her though, love the song! I’m also excited for the rest of the album! 🤍🕊️
