“Anthony?? Why are we doing a whole season on Anthony?” That’s exactly my initial thought!! And I ended up loving it more than the 1st season. Because I love ✨tension✨lol. It’s sooo good👌🏼

I think Anthony's best (hottest?) line was, "It is because I have never met anyone like you. It is maddening how much you consume my very being. My family is on the brink of ruin. I am nearly certain every last one of my brothers and sister secretly despise me. My own mother at that. Despite the fact I have lived the better part of my life for them. And yet still, all I find myself thinking about, all I find myself being able to breathe for....is you."

That one episode, the look Anthony gives Kate when he tells her to go inside is just pure TENSION. In response she stands her ground and reminds him that she doesn’t like his orders. You can see the desire behind Anthony’s eyes! Absolutely BRILLIANT acting, and the chemistry between them two was insane!

Totally agree, season 2 was much better than season one. Kathony and Theloise, was the heaven

The chemistry between Anthony and Kate was unmatched. And will probably be unmatched.

My favorite part is after they are trying to figure out how to handle the canceled wedding in front everyone and the dog comes running in and Kate and Anthony have a moment of ✨tension✨ and Edwina notices and is like “has it really been this obvious the whole time?!” I’m like.. yes girl it has! Lol

I'm absolutely obsessed with Season two. Honestly I wasn't expecting to love it because Season One was so great that i thought they couln't keep up. I WAS WRONG! Sisters Sharma killed it and Kanthony was the best thing ever, loved the TENSION and chemistry between them. I also loved Violet Bridgerton and how she shipped Kate and Anthony from the beginning

I loved Kate & Anthony. I loved season 2 because of Kanthony's chemistry, the whole tension. I felt more for Kate & Anthony thn Daphne & Simon

When Anthony said, "Go Inside," that slow burn was about to burst into flames, and Kate wasn't going anywhere!!! I loved this season, no does a slow burn like Kanthony!!!!

Kelly, I super love your reaction especially the singing “heeeey” haha. Totally on point with Anthony and Kate’s “Tension”. Jonathan Bailey was great as Anthony with “can’t figure out aggravating Kate but cannot keep away from her” as well as his emotional scenes. My fave scene was him trying to keep from crying after hearing that Kate has woken after the accident.

I absolutely loooooved season 2! I didn’t think I was because of what you said it was Anthony haha. But he rocked my world 😂 I loved the part when Daphnee caught them in the study almost doing something. She was like I knew what I saw. It happened to me too bro lol.

Loved season 2! If I compare I’d say I preferred it to season 1 but that’s mainly because of Kate and Anthony and the chemistry between the lead actors. The one thing I didn’t love were the side storylines particularly the Featherington’s and Cousin Jack. I’m truly perplexed at the amount of screen time they were given when they could have scrapped that whole plot and given us a full episode showing Kate and Anthony’s wedding and their life after marriage.

I loved the scene where she calms him down after the bee sting. It really shows the depth of Anthony’s character.

Season 2 was soooo much better and #Kanthony was the absolute BEST part of it. I mean.. the way I'm still thinking about them, I'm obsessed 😍 Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley were electric 🔥

I loved how they did the orchestral versions of modern songs. Alanis Morrissette's 'You Aught Know' was brilliant!

I completely agree, that last dance in episode 8 where Kate looked into Anthony’s eyes so sad and longingly, those looks are EVERYTHING.

Im so glad Kelly like season 2 than season 1. Oh my god. We had the same feels. I had lower expectation in season 2 since season 1 was so great and oh my… the chemistry of the Anthony and Kate is palpable. I cant even. Im in emotional wreck with season 2 and love it so much. I cant believe I have to wait for another year to see more of Kanthony and bridgerton family. Seriously Kate and Anthony are great actors. I wished to see them more. Can't get enough. I know its underrated but my favorite part of season 2 aside from Anthony’s entire monologue of “and it is not far enough… Do you think there is a corner of this world to do you know all the ways a lady can be seduced… “ is in episode 2 when they were bickering regarding Nectar and highflyer… oh I love some enemies to lovers trope. Im such a sucker.

My favorite part from season two is episode three, when we discover how Anthony's father died, how much he admired him, how painful was for him to "see that great man fall for something so little", how it afected his relationship with his mom, how he has to change in order to take care of his family because he is now The Viscount and his mom is broke... That's the moment we really understand his attitude... And then he goes and says those words to his mom: "Love shall have no place in my marriage. I seek an amiable partner with whom I may share a pleasant life, untouched by heartbreak and the ravages of grief. You were barely even there… after he died. And yet, I, myself, am cursed to remember every waking moment. I could never… I could never be the cause of such pain, no matter how cruel and hard-hearted everyone else may find me to be." Then we have that amazing scene when Kate is stung by the bee and Anthony loses it. And it all circles back to the moment that his mom tells him that Kate is awake at the end of the season, his reaction, the way he covers his face trying to control his emotions, AH!! Jonathan Bailey is such a good actor!! I love both seasons in equal messure, but I also thought that season two was not gonna be as good as season one... Guess what? I was totally wrong!!

I think it would be cool to have Bridgerton use an orchestral version of one of Kelly's songs.

The brilliance of the show is the ability to change perspective and still keep the audience’s attention.

I loved the book (my favorite of all the 8), and I was afraid to dislike season 2 because of all the changes they made. but to my greatest astonishement and pleasure I was wrong. I loooooved season 2 as much as the book... and maybe more. the TENSION and the chemistry between Kate and Anthony was just insane. the looks, the hands touches, the breathings, the talks... I was in heaven. Simone and Jonny have outbested Phoebe and RJ. and for me "you are the bane of my existence, and the object of all my desires" (and TBH all other love declarations from A to K) was so much better than "I burn for you" Many were complaining about the Duke not being back for season 2... well, I didn't missed him one minute. Anthony is THE MAN of Bridgerton and no one will convince me otherwise.

I legit stopped breathing during parts of the show because of the tension and chemistry between Anthony and Kate. So hot! I loved this season way more than the first season.

Brilliant casting, brilliant acting, the chemistry between JB and SA - AMAZING. Beautiful costumes, sets, music! A few changes from the book I didn’t enjoy and too much other storylines - would have liked more Kate & Anthony. WAY better than S1 (as was the book!). 😉

I binged Season 2 of Bridgerton in a day. Love it.

My favourite "tension-laden" moment had to have been when Anthony was summoned to see the queen, and he sees Kate waiting at the entrance. He doesn't pay her any mind at first, but as he passes by Kate, he gives her a short glimpse, then extends his finger nonchalantly to her hand... Unbeknownst to him, Kate was doing the exact same thing with her finger. A fleeting, 2 second moment... but it was all that was needed to convey that each one was the other's bane of existence, AND the object of desire. I confess, I do that all the time with all the guys I have a crush on. Being a gay male, it's harder to be more forward with guys I like. I end up doing subtle things foolishly thinking that the other party will pick up on it... But who knows, maybe they're doing the same thing I am in their own way that I cannot see lol.

For those who still don't know, each book follows a different bridgerton sibling. First book (season) was daphne, book 2 (season 2) is Anthony. The rest is as followed for the books 3) Benedict 4) Colin 5) Eloise 6) Francesca 7) Haycinth 8) Gregory Now according to shondaland they may not go in order for the rest of the seasons

i love this season more than season 1 tho. I don't care if it have less sex scene because i feel mush more connection and steamy in season 2 between kate and anthony. Their chemistry is just so on fire. Plus the book also was my first favorite in order. Plus who's complain that they don't like this season because it have less sex scene maybe they should just go and watch porn instead

I only ended up starting Bridgerton because Kelly raved about how good it was. WELL…turns out I stayed up till 6:30 in the morning watching the whole first season in one night (can’t watch during the day because I have 3 kids) and watched the full second season the very next day. THANK YOU KELLY for turning me on to this!! (No pun intended) This is now my absolute favorite show. My husband thanks you too! 😉

Found my 80 year old mother watching first episode of S2 and tried to warn her that it might not be the show that she thought it was (Victorian times) and that there was a Season before it. She laughed at me and said that watched S1 when it first came out on Netflix!

Loved it! Not gonna lie, I got through the 1st 3 episodes waiting to see Simon again. Cuz good LAWD, that man is fine! But I definitely loved how Anthony evolved. And Kate is amazing! Edwina was like a little girl to me. I was freaking out thinking about her getting married. 😳😳😳. And loved the back story on the Dad!

The whole season!!! I thought it started slow, very slow. It took me a few evenings to get through the first two episodes and then I watched the entire season in an evening! I really enjoyed seeing this side of Anthony and having Daphne teaching him what love really is. And poor Pen….I feel so sad for her. Great season!
