I didn't like this interview at all. I felt the interviewers were on the verge of rudeness to Kelly. You can clearly see on numerous points that even Kelly herself feels uncomfortable. Each time they attempted to talk about her album, one would cut or change the subject completely. And the way the guy said that Kanye and J. Cole's albums were released the same day as Kelly...you just DON'T say something like that. Especially to Ms. Kelly! Anyway, her album 'Talk A Good Game' is phenomenal!
I think it's a great idea. Saying you forgive does not mean you forget or that you're going to get back together with the A-hole. It simply means you love yourself enough to relieve you of the stress and hurt caused. Holding on to the grunge will only hunt and depress the life outta you. Her message is that yes she's been in a bad relationship, yes she's over it, thank God she was able to get out of it, and that no matter how abusive a relationship maybe you can always get out if you allow it.
I agree with the comment on Kelly sounding like beyonce & solange. Listen to 'you changed' on the new album ft beyonce & michelle. Kelly sounds EXACTLY like Beyonce!!!
If you're a Christian you're supposed to forgive. No one ever said it was okay to stay with them, that's the dumb weak part, not the actually forgiving. Can't move on if you don't forgive
I know..people are obsessed with trying to keep her in a box. I just don't get it. She's talented, so is beyonce and so is Michelle but they are 3 different people. I wish people would let it go.
That interview Kelly for what happened to you even though it's uplifting it's just story and how you cried and what you went through and it's a blessing but it's also something that happens every day
You know what? Kelly did what she had to do to MOVE ON WITH HER LIFE. That's hard to get if you've never been in that situation. I got out of a similar situation, I was angry all the time, never felt like going out, and fell into a depression/HATRED of men and myself. I HAD to forgive him and let it go, b/c otherwise I doubt I would've been able to find happiness with myself.That was for ME, not for him. He was sleeping every night, and even though I was "free" that doesn't mean I wasn't crying.
I love Kelly Rowland and thats why i watched the video but i hate Hot 97. The DJ's are wack & ask the most random stupid questions..and that damn room is too dark for no reason. They rarely have thier facts straight and im just not mpressed. When i watch the Power 105 vids, no matter who the artist may be im enertanined. I also find out more abt the person that being interviewed. I hope all celebs stop going to Hot 97 & make their way to the breakfast Club!
Gimmicks galore. She cried on cue just like when Janet lip-syncs to Again. Kelly is at a dead end. This little bs she has going on has created a buzz, but it'll dry up soon. I miss when she used to actual sing and have a decent r&b structure.
Everytime I get on Hot97's RU-vid, top comment is always about how much people dislike K Foxx hahaha! I think she needs to evolve or something coz nobody's feeling her vibe
i heard the ENTIRE album for FREE!!! and the only song i like from it is " you changed ft Beyonce&Michelle W ". nothing really personal in the album. from a scale of 1-10, i give it a 4*** .

i listen to the cd on rhapsody and I like the it ,, she did a very good job .. I am glad to hear she 4gave him not for him BUT FOR HERSELF .. she has moved on .but I hope she be carful because she did say she still talks to him ,, I hope that he realize why he did what he did and seek help to better himself.
Every now and again I revisit cold97 to see if improvements are made but, once I do I swiftly remember why I left. Say what you want about breakfast club @ Power105.1 but they get it right. Their interviews are like conversations w/and old friend. I'll be honest, I didn't like Charlemaine at first but watching the show rather then just listening to it gives a different feel.
@uselessclown She HAS done an interview with Breakfast Club. Months ago actually. I love her personality. She is really fun. And her Bey and Solo to sound alike. I've been saying that for years. Its in tbeir delivery and in their tone and in their gestures. Guess that's just part of our H-town slang here in Houston.
