Kelly receives an invitation to join a group of geniuses.
From Married With Children, Season 6, Episode 20, 'Hi, I.Q.'. An invitation to join the high intelligence Alpha club, is issued to Kelly and not Bud. When they discover the real reason behind the gathering, Kelly and Bud decide to handle things with the usual Bundy charm (and violence). Meanwhile, Al buys a new "Handyman's Workbench 5000" that has some assembly required.

About Married with Children:
The less-than-lovable Bundys are a radical departure from the saccharine-sweet TV families popular since the days of Father Knows Best. With offbeat humor and unflinching honesty, Married... paints a more realistic picture of middle-class existence, warts and all. Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) is a shoe salesman who is fond of frequently reliving his doubtful 15 seconds of fame on the football field. Al is terrified of the all-too-frequent amorous advances of his ditsy wife Peggy (Katey Sagal), who spends most of Al's wages at the salon and the mall. They have two teenage kids: stunning but superficial party animal Kelly (Christina Applegate) and egocentric Bud (David Faustino). Married for 16 semi-blissful years, Peggy and Al have found that the secret to a happy marriage is to accept one another's idiosyncrasies.

"Seriously Kel, what are you doing outside. Did you get this far and couldn't find the house?" 😂 I remember this episode. This is the one where they played a joke on Kelly and Bud showed us that no matter what goes on between them, Bundy's stick together and got their revenge.

Not really. Ed admitted in an interview about the movie "Dutch" he's not an improviser. And he was the star of MwC. Let alone the rest of the cast, who acted like the bus driver "driving a ferry" on The Truman Show

@@redtiger4352 there were episodes where she was very smart. Not to mention the episode when she hit her head as a child while riding in the back seat. She supposed to have been dumb by the impact. However, since her parents were complaining about how smart she was to be a Bundy I think she was faking it.
