He's already backed of of 80% of his campaign promises in like 4 days... I think that's a new record! His other main campaign promise to "bring back the jobs" is impossible since most of those low skill jobs were lost to automated processes. For the remaining offshored jobs if you try to force companies to return the jobs it will only encourage them to invest more in automation which will make the technology better and cheaper. Then at some point, even companies that wouldn't have considered automation will not be able to resist. Hillary had a plan to retrain obsolete workers for high demand jobs, but I guess bringing back the old jobs sounded easier.
