KEMET Blood and Sand RE-BOXING (Unboxing) / Kickstarter Edition 2021 

Love the reboxing. How did you choose which mini's go in the 3 bags? I would personally love to see every piece lined up by player color and then put into their respective bag. For instance, I received only 3 green pyramid tops and wasn't sure if I was suppose to have 5 like the other colors. It took a lot of digging to discover that I was indeed missing 2. Having all the components lined up would help me identify if i'm missing anything, in addition how to put it back in the box.

Aside from the Power Tile trays, which are fantastic, I'm finding the box organization to be not very well thought out. You point out a few of my complaints (like the useless cardboard boxes that are too big and won't fit back into the main box). I also don't love the silk bags for player pieces. I mean, the bags are pretty, but they want you to dump a *lot* of different stuff in them (soldiers, all the player-associated markers and tiles, pyramid pieces), which you then have to dump out and sort each time you play. Organizers are supposed to make setup easier; in this case you'd be better off keeping those items in separate plastic bags. Also, if you try to put all that stuff in one bag, I find it hard to get it back into the trays. You really have to squish them down (which makes me worry about damaging the minis), because the player boards are supposed to fit into the cutout just above them. There's also a cutout just above that for the scoreboard, but mine doesn't fit. It's like 1mm too long on one side. It would be cool if you could fit each player's battle deck into their tray with the rest of their bits, but the trays are too narrow. Instead the game wants you to put all the battle decks together and store them in the cubby on the lower left. Again, it's like Matagot doesn't really understand the point of having a box organizer. Also, that cubby is like nine times bigger than it needs to be to hold the cards, so they are going to go everywhere unless you also store them in a bag. Given all the collapsible boxes they included, it's weird that they didn't give us some card boxes, which would have actually been useful. Also, the cardboard sleeve that goes over the FP counter tray doesn't do a good job containing them if you store the box vertically. They will fall out of their cups and get mixed up. That tray should have had a snap-down plastic lid like the Power Tile trays. And while it's nice that they give you some cloth bags for the creatures, you only get three bags, which is not even enough to hold half of the creatures that come with the game. And a graphic design criticism: the game has a lot of bits that are only differentiated by color differences, which is kind of a design no-no, given that color blind people exist. Also, the blue color that the game uses is so dark that it can be hard to distinguish from black if you are viewing the game under artificial lighting, even if you aren't color-blind.

You skipped the things I was looking for XD Where did you put the large cards and the small cards? Did you add The Book of the Dead to it? Did you sleeve the cards? You did answer my question on the added boxes though, glad to know those are basically just garbage XD
