I arrive at T2 and need to travel to T1 to catch the domestic flight by Indigo. As I made my booking via Qantas, the PNR is not the same for Indigo. So how can I get my boarding pass / check-in when I arrive in Bengaluru? Thank you
Depends upon booking you have,if arriving by Vistara and have international connection on same PNR then will be transferred, for all other options have to transfer as won’t be having same PNR connection.
If one arrives at T2, after customs and immigration, is there a facility to transfer the bags for an indigo connection on the same PNR within Terminal 2 itself? Otherwise, how can older people move the luggage via the shuttle bus?
Till now no such facility ,have to take by self to T1 for domestic flight of Indigo. This process is same for any other airport in India having separate International and Domestic terminal,at Delhi ,Mumbai ,Chennai or Ahmedabad same process is followed if arriving by International flight and connecting flight from separate terminal.
So do we have to lift our heavy check in suitcase in and out of the bus by ourselves or is there anyone to help with this. Check in suitcases are heavy and difficult to lift
Yes you need to carry your check in baggage yourself. There are support staff both at pick up point and drop point to help those who requires like senior citizens, but still its passenger tension.
I need more assistance ... For example one person needs travell from terminal 1 to terminal 2 for international flight so after arriving at arrival hall where can one find the inter terminal free bus shuttle service bus stop....
After exiting T1 turn right and walk towards departure, bus starts from departure near “Relay” convenience store. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1FJH8NQ1G6I.htmlsi=KnencuBX78TzfVdT
Depends upon type of booking! If booked on same PNR (only possible for few domestic to international connection of Vistara ) ,international to domestic transfer on same PNR have to collect and travel with baggage to T2 For all other connection if booked on same PNR flight would be from same terminal and if separate PNR and terminal change then have to travel by bus with baggage. Terminals are hardly 10 min walk (but not connected properly) and better is by bus which is also 10 min.
is there any “kia bus stand” at terminal 2 or do i have to go to terminal 1 for that? this will be my first time landing on terminal 2 so i have no idea.
