Dear Kemper Team, Thank you so much. In all the years you make a great Product Even better and better. Thx, stay save, rock on and i love my Kemper Head
A little half -baked. Have to agree with Paul. My router is nowhere near my Kemper Toaster, so this is useless for me. A direct cable connection from the ipad to the Toaster would at least give us a "remote control" to the Toaster. Hopefully a WIFI hardware upgrade for the toaster will be made available, and we can ditch the cable.
It’s weirdest that you didn’t understood my question…With a REMOTE…remote….router and remote…do you know what a remote is? That was my question…it is not covered how to set the Ipad and , again, THE REMOTE…so you lost a great opportunity to keep your mouth shut …
@@diegooliveras1952 Why would you want to connect a remote AND the iPad at the same time? Just disconnect the remote, connect the router + iPad, configure your settings, disconnect the router and reconnect your remote.
@@danielpirone8028 It seems that stage is the only one with wifi capability. One way to connect head/rack directly is via a RJ45 dongle in the iPad and a crossed cat5 to the RJ45 connector in the profiler. Anyway, that solution would be a no wifi one and, in my opinion, meaningless.
It would be nice if you could connect a USB wifi dongle to the toaster to get it on your WLAN but they would have to create a driver for the dongle to work. Hopefully they offer that on the future.
Hello!! Great video!! Can I ask you a question? My band does around a 100 tunes. My question is that it seems that each rigs output volume to the board is never consistent. Our sound person has to tweak my volume on virtually every song. Any thought on how to level that out so it behaves like a miked amp? Thank you!!
They have a short time to get it together with an iPhone or I’m out. Constant spending when some of us are all struggling with many things. Physical and financial. You have competition now.
How do you add and remove rigs from my Android Tablet setup? I watched your video and everything works as advertised, except adding and removing rigs from the Kemper Profiler Stage. This can be done on the PC setup, but I haven't figured out how to do it on my Android setup.
Questions with remote on toaster. Just use a switcher off the router with power over LAN. It will power the remote. It mean I can practice away from the music room with the remote and app. Remember the remote cable is loooong!
Can’t figure out how to browse other rigs for a slot in performance mode - a significant requirement since it’s fundamental to what a slot does. Do we really have to use the physical browse knob on the profiler? It’s non-obvious if there’s another way. I’ve been searching for 30min now.
two questions: 1 - if i connect to the same router a profiler remote does this enable to have both kemper remote stomp and iOS app avaliable? 2 - will be a rig manager for android?
Great if it would work :-( Profiler os: 8.5.4.30010, the profiler does get a proper IP adress, the profiler is listed in the network as "kpa" and the profiler is pingable from the ipad. Irig manager 1.0 on the ipad, however the irig manager stays in the screen "Scanning for Devices" and does not recognize the profiler. what am i doing wrong ?
i’ve read lots of negative comment of the kemper software crash after updating.. my ios kemper still outdated.. how to ensure my kemper head don’t crash while updating the ios? is there any good advice to makesure its safe to update it?
That’s what a lot us have been asking over and over. It’s useless if it’s just for the cheapest item they make. Make it available to everyone of your customers. Those that spent thousands on the rack or toaster with an expensive remote. Really? And make it compatible with a cell phone. I’m getting tired of this. Next move is another company. I’m tired of being polite. Get moving or I will. I can’t be the only one frustrated. We all have enough other serious issues going on right now and in our private lives. This is supposed to be fun not aggravating.
The email says "PROFILER OS 8.5 supports the new PROFILER Rig Editor for iPadOS which allows for wireless control of the PROFILER Stage, Head, and Rack This adds another dimension of parameter editing and fine-tuning of guitar tone at home, in the studio, at rehearsal, and on stage. " - I don't bring a bloody network with me to gigs. So now I have to have a wireless router? And where do I stick that (hey keep it clean folks)? Even at home I'm out of physical ports and I have 2 routers. Not really beneficial but hey I have a new app on my ipad.
@@orbithesun1 for an iPad only? Nope. And it’s just too much. Make it simple. It took awhile to figure it out at first. I have the rack. When I sold the toaster, a certain shipper broke it that was a nightmare in itself. The guy who bought it had to be the dumbest person in the planet. I warmed him to watch videos and do research. Did he? No. I felt stuck teaching him how to use it. Total idiot. He told me another seller told him to F off. Now I see why. All the winners seem to find me.
