At 3:07 A bright red Phelan and Moore Panther 250, that were fitted with the sweet Villiers 250 twin 2T engine, and the odd looking jelly mould fuel tank and 2 into 1 exhaust system. Looks a nice restoration, but with a price tag of a whopping £5,300, i know times have changed but my god, the world really has gone mad! I dread to think what he wants for the pre unit Triumph next to it. I bought a scruffy but complete 1964 Panther 250 twin in 1981 for just £60, a very basic British two stroke bike, but the 250cc twin cylinder engine was a little bit exotic for the period.
