I think the part that stands out the most for me here is seeing his family’s lockers with their names in chalk. You can tell they were all close and had fun together. Prayers to them during this time.

I still cant rap my head around his passing. The amount of his content that I've watched over the years is absolutely amazing. God bless his wife and kids.

3 years ago when I wasn't that much into mountain biking, I'd just say: "Wow, cool" But now that I know a liiiiitle bit, I'm stocked on this, the whole thing is just a big dream. Rest In Peace Ken, you won't be forgotten.

RS200!! The greatest ford ever built. Thing of beauty. Were built just 40 miles from me by Ford motorsport in Boreham UK. Remember in 1985 as a 13 year old on a school trip visiting the Ford plant in Dagenham UK and seeing this and an RS500 Sierra Cosworth on display - hooked since that day.

Sick! I used to work at a specialized dealer when in college in late 90s. Ironically did a little DH back then as well, Deer Valley national was one of my favorites. Had a Specialized FSR DH fully extruded aluminum frame “similar” to Palmers bike back then (had the S works C3 carbon that was around for just a minute before they got recalled). I can’t get rid of that bike for some reason, so special to me. Had it custom powder coated orange with pearl metallic. I’ve updated it a bit since to be a bit more modern (newer brakes and front shocks, kept the old Fox piggyback coil over rear since it just works). Thanks for the memories of this area. Looks fun!!
