KEN Gameplay | ROAD TO MASTER - Highlights [Part 3] - STREET FIGHTER 6 

Street Fighter 6 is my first SF game, but I'm not new to the FGC (I've been playing Tekken and Mortal Kombat titles). I started playing SF6 in early September 2023, and within just four months, I achieved the Master rank on December 30, 2023, playing Ken Masters.

This "Road to Master" series documents my journey from Gold to Master rank across nine ranked sessions, each compiled into a video. From Part 1 to Part 9, you'll see my gameplay improve with better match-up knowledge, combos, mind games, mix-ups, set-ups... These videos showcase more than just highlights; they capture the genuine progression of a newcomer to SF, revealing universal mechanics and Ken's specific tools, from basic to advanced. ABOUT "PART 3" (Platinum 3 - Platinum 5) - November 11, 2023
The highlights are from my 3rd ranked session. I covered and demonstrated quick and simple tutorials on Ken's crucial setups for devastating damage. Here is a list of new improvements and mechanics that you haven't seen in Parts 1 and 2:
Run Tatsu combo ender into RUN MK set-up (overhead meaty)
Mid-combo set-up with Heavy Jinrai (whiff) into fMK (overhead meaty)
Perfect parries
More optimal combos
Safe Jump set-ups
Jinrai into LVL3 confirms and mix-ups
Better instinct for reversals in clutch situations
A new corner OD Jinrai combo
Apologies for the in-game commentators; they were there to help create a more enjoyable atmosphere during my long sessions. I'll be speeding up any Level 3 Super animations to keep the videos more engaging and less drawn out.
Trivia: That’s me in the thumbnail with Ken. The photo is from 2010, but my pose and facial expression match Ken’s perfectly, and we both hold a chain. Amazing, isn’t it? :) You can see proof of the photo’s date here:
