U can tell kenn lies cause u don’t need a license to do natural hair u need a license to do everything else and also u don’t need a license to have a shop the person running it has to have a license and the only way u can go into a shop and work under someone with a license is one u are a assistant or they have a instructor license then u can get ur license under them after passing the StateBoard Exam
