Ken's Weekly Tips - 18th August | Pruning a Hornbeam Hedge 

I love a Hornbeam hedge, and this one is a beautiful example in a stunning location.
You must remember that the Hornbeam is in fact a tree that can easily reach a height of 30 m, so if you intend to keep a hedge, rather than a forest, you need to keep on top of the pruning, and now is just the right time to do it.
