Can i ask you a question , i cant evade the six attack combo of Toshi, everytime i failed idk why

​@@MarwanAyman-ge7xh I can't remember it exactly but I think the first attack is a pretty slow animation. If you interrupt that he won't finish the combo, so you could either try parrying it or dashing into him (I'm not 100% sure about the dash but I think it should interrupt). If that doesn't work you can try weaving more charged heavy attacks into your combos. You can hold the charge for a few seconds and decide if you want to hit him with it or not. If you hit him in the middle of an animation it will usually interrupt, or if you think he's about to hit you then you can just roll out of the charge. I didn't explain it very well, but I hope that makes sense

I think the two strongest upgrades are: Rot Hammer - good damage, long range, and can also avoid attacks if you time it right Shield Health - more dashes Parry Courage can also be really good if you like to parry a lot. Apart from that I'd just get whatever sounds the most fun to you. I didn't use most of the bow and bomb upgrades but Rot Infused Bomb sounds pretty broken

ME TOO, I get wrecked by the bosses and maybe a complex set of enemies. I makes me feel so dumb, as if I had never played a game before lmao

Thanks! The hardest fights were ones that need a lot of awareness (guardians and rot god's last phase), but apart from that most bosses have pretty simple patterns and it usually autosaves immediately before the fights which makes it easy to practice.

@@SkyrimVictor yea the best strat is to parry a minion as soon as possible, and if you manage to do it early enough you'll have enough rot to pull a spear out and prevent the meteor shower completely

For phase 2 I think she always starts by either diving at you (21:32) or by throwing the flaming sword (22:24). If she starts to throw the sword you need to create as much distance as possible, if you're too close it feels almost impossible to dodge. Then try get closer and bait out the dive because that's when you can actually start dealing damage. When she dives you should always roll towards the left, it feels much more consistent to dodge that way. Then you can immediately start attacking for a few seconds. After that she'll almost always jump up and spawn the ring of fire - you can just jump into her and get a few more free hits. After the jump she'll swing twice then slam the ground creating more fire. You can just jump into her again, get a few more hits then back off and try to bait out the dive again to repeat that whole process. When she goes to the fire in the middle to start summoning the adds, use your bomb to interrupt it. Don't throw it directly on her because it can miss if the timing is bad, just throw it on the ground near her. Use pulse to detonate the bomb because you'll need at least 3 arrows to break the crystal and you might miss.

Thirdline has some great advice but if you're still having trouble here are some tips. During phase 1, you can rack up a ton of damage and courage by hitting her with your staff while she is fixing the heart. She doesn't have a hitbox so just jump and hit her from behind and double jump if you think a wave will hit you. It's actually way easier than running around and you get a lot more out of it. At the end of phase 1, throw a bomb just above the fire after she jumps and it should automatically attach to her. Skip the cutscene and trigger the bomb immediately. Hit her crystal 3 times and throw a time bomb DURING the explosion animation. Time bombs extend animations in this game and will keep enemies stun locked longer so hopefully you have them... Chain the time bombs together (their effect lingers just long enough for two ground combos so end your 2nd combo early to chain). Once she has finished her stun lock she'll use a get-up attack and be at around 10% hp. If she starts hammering the center, you can attack her the way I mentioned in phase 1, just don't stick around for the final swing because it has a hitbox. @@thirdline1404 gosh it must be difficult. What's the top 3 most difficult boss in ranking you will rank? I just defeated stone gaurdian in master mode

@@zhenbin2613 yea corrupt rot god definitely annoyed me the most lol For a no damage run I found that the fights with multiple enemies are the hardest, so top 3 is probably: 1. Rot God 2. Shrine Guardian 3. Stone Guardian But in a normal Master run, I'd probably say Rot God, Taro and Woodsmith. Good job with stone guardian!

@@thirdline1404 I see. So based on your ranking and opinion, taro is more difficult than woodsmith? Any advice for me to handle rot god?Especially in the final phase? (I definitely need a courage to break it's yellow shaft right?)

​@@zhenbin2613 I think they're about the same honestly, but yea I'd say Taro is slightly more difficult. For rot god, yea you'll need courage to break the spears. The fastest way to build it up is through the yellow orbs that some enemies drop (you can pick them up with pulse), or parrying also gives a good amount. You only get a very small amount from dealing damage though. Also, I haven't tried this, but if you take the Parry Courage upgrade you can potentially parry an enemy and break one of the spears before he even gets his first charge off. Keep jumping and using slow mo to avoid the fire, but be prepared to dash through the attack at 40:19 because it's easy to lose track of (it will come from the direction he jumped towards). @@Akkelos no luck with that sadly, I've played around with a few different formats for the timestamps but nothing gets it to appear. Thanks, I started playing as soon as it was released on Sept 21st and the video was uploaded on the 27th so it took me just under a week. I was grinding the game every day though. I kinda wanted to keep track of how many attempts each boss took but I couldn't be bothered. Some took longer than they should have but some came surprisingly quickly so it wasn't too bad.

It’s not that bad if you get the skill where you get a rot action when you parry and get the timing of parry’s down.

@@fall-neckthetallneck2977 But, all your powers are taken in the Rot God Fight, you have no ability to deal with that Wood Knight other than the bombs, and they gave the player no checkpoints coded into it so you have to do it all one go and the Wood Knight is likely to kill you in Master more than Story Mode. Ludicrous to not have checkpoints at strategic areas in this fight, after phase 1 or just after that second wave in the first spirit realm before you go through the portal to the next battle and definitely in the flower area would of helped a lot.

@@thirdline1404 kappa is the most useless boss imo, ember lab should replace it. and i agree with you that the guardians are very exhausting, their attack patterns are quite simple but their little mobs are super annoying.

@@motunam5333 yea the trash mobs were the only reason I hated the guardian fights, especially doing no damage. 90% of the time I was just getting hit by a rock offscreen. I didn't mind Kappa too much, but I see what you mean. It's a weird design. I didn't like Rot Eater that much either
