Size 4 hook with a yarn, 3-4 ft leader , swivel weight or a swivel with about 1 oz of weight on top +- depending on the water current

@@Chuakiagx3 Use a 3/0 Gamakatsu nautilus circle hook. Virtual snag free. You won’t go back to a regular octopus hook again. Plenty of videos on RU-vid how to rig this way.
