Sarah Kilo not at all, it’s more like they get surgery because they are celebrities and have to look good for a living, the part where people get insecure and feel ugly about themselves comes like an after effect. And it doesn’t affect all ppl, a majority affected are teenagers and young adults who are insecure/ worry about their looks and they choose to look at these celebrities and compare themselves to them.
