I don't know if Kendall actually does this workout, all I know is that this was one of the hardest ab workouts I've done in a while 😅 My abs were completely smashed!
That seemed like a very long 11 minutes🙄😊 my abs are on fire! 🔥 very effective but need to do some back stretches now as abs always get my back even tho I concentrate on holding my abs in. I also squeeze a Pilates ball between knees when I can. Thank you Jacinta🙏💪
Phew that was intense & I made it more so by keeping head & legs off the ground continuously in last exercise! 🔥 Also placed my soft Pilates ball between knees where I could. Great little strong abs routine💪👍
