Yes! If the hair got wet, it smelled like Fritos girl! It was much more than that but that was the problems with the hair. Not to mention the high charges for shipping! I had emailed them and asked If I could expedite the hair and they still took over a week to ship and they printed a label with UPS for next day air and I was checking that number for a week! She ended up shipping it USPS and you KNOW it doesn't cost $40 for priority shipping from ATL to CA. She also blocked me on Instagram when I kept asking about my order. TERRIBLE customer service experience.
BarginBabe84 that's crazy next time try the hair I purchased from kendras boutique.. guarantee you'll love it it doesn't tangle at all .. I just bleached the hair again and it looks fabulous.. I'm happy you shared that information with me I won't be ordering from Snob Life. . Good customer service is a must. .
