Because they’re losing money every single time they challenged him but Kendrick didn’t care he said he just loved that environment. Kendrick hated the booth he said the street battle rap was where he was in his element. We all know he can rap in the booth but he was comfortable in that street battle rapping environment it brought that lyrical beast out. So J Cole has been saying a lot recently that he’s the greatest rapper and he feels like it’s no competition out here. He said nobody rapping for real out here everybody trash. So Kendrick is challenging him to that rap championship belt he acts like has. Because like I said J Cole has been saying in songs he’s the greatest rapper of this generation.
