while he raps about having "riches building in his DNA". But really, what is he doing that you can't do? Is there some value to his lyrics that I'm not seeing? He wins like Wimbledon? Or do you think that's dancing? Who can't do literally all of this? I cani't think of a single person that I've ever met that can't do literally all of this and we're talking about humility? Dude has every reason to be humble.
@@tpstrat14 What do you mean exactly? Like he should be humble because he is not a great rapper, or be humble because anyone else has the potential to be a great rapper?
I saw Kendrick in concert in June 2018. That MFer is one of the best live performers I’ve ever seen. He’s so creative and he puts so much energy into performing
Brah, Hes saying "Your DNA an abomination"... think deep not just some celeb thier showing on the TV... Shawn Mendes may verywell be but. Music in general is told from a 1st, 2 a 3rd person perspective meaning... its 1 person getting his ideas out 2 the world 2 see via a peice of music. You do kno this song was written be4 he aired it live on whatever show or award show this is... 🤔🤔🤔✌.?
It's okay, they did the same to BeyChella the first time around and she hands down KILLED IT. They don't recognize the greatness they are infront 🤦♀️🤷.
Kendricks breath control is out of this world Kendrick Lamar dun took off HAM ON THIS RIGHT HERE! a u t h e n t I c v i e w s dun took his career off 2 the next level fr fr no cap
This is why Kendrick Lamar won a Pulitzer Prize and no one else in the room was even considered. Tupac said he would spark the brain that would change the world.
I remember when I first heard him. Had to stop and read the lyrics so I could fully appreciate what he was saying. Because my ears are 52 years old.🤣 I said it right then and there on RU-vid he should get a Pulitzer prize for these lyrics and he did! So excited to see what's next.
@@harshalax3123Mass attention is divided with em. Several people like him, several others want to cancel him. Majority believe that he became big in the hiphop scene because he was white when it's the opposite. Hiphop is invented and dominated by african americans leaving prejudice for white rappers. em struggled for a couple of years breaking that prejudice, proving them wrong with his skills, wordplay, metaphors, and rhyme schemes.
true, i went to his concert in Vancouver it was the most hype thing of all time and king kunta came on, 2 blonde chicks in front of me were sitting down... smh man.
The fact that you think this way and don't recognize that this is what makes the performance and the songs themselves amazing is... troubling... and also kind of funny. = )
Exactly! He's a game changer, finally some Hip-Hop quality PERFORMANCES! He's so good live, I first saw a video of him rapping live in combination with Beyonce (Freedom). I'm a huge fan of her and when I saw Kendrick's part, I really thought: Wow, this is one of the first persons who's really on her level when it comes to performing. This is when i became a fan
Anybody who thinks that this guy isn't a top ten rapper need to look at this performance. This is as legendary as they come. The man can rap, has awesome stage presence, has excellent breath control and puts his heart sweat and blood in his performance.
@@ianmironess Crazy… Never took a flight to get to concert 😅 thank god I‘m near to stuttgart and about 90% of bands / rappers have concerts there 🙏🏻 I wish a nice concert already and a hood and safe flight! 🥳🥳
I was in depression when I started listening to Kendrick Lamar, things have not been the same since then. Not only I came out of depression, I feel alive and confident. You inspire me to achieve awesomeness!
bro i had depression and still do but bro keep going with listening with music it helps ive been listening to xxx, ski and its helped alot so keep doing whats best for you
Loved Kendrick before the beef. Always felt he had his audience but still underrateed because things he spoke about, was veiwed as boring or "trying to free the slaves" per BBL Drizzy. Always felt he was the GOAT and now some people are just learning. Based on the comments there are lot that already knew.
Holy s*it. Unreal man, this is pure art. Everyone we see in the crowd is just mesmerized. It is beautiful to see someone reach their potential and shine like this
Dude by that logic drake is the greatest and best rapper of all time, to ever exist in the universe. 2pac and biggie became legends with 1 or 2 albums, but their impact ushered in a new era and culture.(fee albums + death) Kendrick is lacking impact, his works are amazing, but non of his albums have had that impactful that they redefined the culture or shifted hiphop/music. He's been my favourite artist for the last 4 or 5 years now, but he isn't a legend yet. It's fair to say he's the best out right now, and he isn't even finished giving us his best work yet, when he stop giving us the same quality of work and finally decides to retire or die then he can be a legend. When I think of what biggie, Andre 3000, em, dre, snoop, Wayne, ice cube, meth, busta, big pun, LL, eazy, etc have contributed and when I think if what kendrick has contributed, you don't get the same feeling of impact. If you want to hand out legendry status based on a few songs or albums many mumble rappers can be given that status. For example future, I'm sure that asshole released like 4+ albums in like a year or two and everyone hype the hell out of them.
Damn he lost breathe a lot but he killed it bro he didn’t stop and kept going. But highkey I don’t think the crowd wasn’t hyped. The performance and visuals were so good I think people were so focused and into him that they are more quite and focused. Logic was even feeling the performance
remember watching this for the first time when i was just about finished with primary school in 2017. now getting to finally see him live this sunday during my final school year. everything is coming full circle.
big shout out to the dancer that set himself on fire for this performance and the other dancers as well... great team and a lot of love for their craft and kendrick...
This was ✨amazing ✨I don’t know how I’ve never seen this this! The lights during 🧬, the man on fire dancing, the ninjas climbing the fire wall, the way he could rap all those words like it was light work… yeah this is it 💪🏾
when you talk about stage awareness and presence Kendrick is one of the best he knows how to make himself the center focus with very little movement and none of it is random and not without thought new rappers need to study him
I was at that concert in Tampa and it was one of the best concerts I've been too.... even better than Bruno Mars concert. I put it up there with one of Beyonce concerts
