I remember my grandparents playing this before attending MLK and Malcolm X meet ups. I remember rocking back and forth with tears streaming down my face and my fist balled up!😬😡
“I remember hearing this after the pigs came down in the strip causing trouble,we told that pig get up with me ,cat did nothing but get back in that car ,I told em im really like that”- grandpa Sherman Jackson Hayes ,aka “deacon”
Artificial intelligence is very scary, but in this instance goes to show how much it’s capable of. The way this soulful like that reinvention embodies what old-school jazz has done for new age hip-hop is amazing. you can clearly hear a resemblance to what the founding fathers of pop did for the new artists here today
All its doing is copying things in a way it thinks yoy won't recognize. If you wanna be impressed by that, you're easy to impress. That doesnt mean this doesnt soound good. But itt only sounds good cuz they stole it from something else that sounds good. And the people who made the things it stole from wont get paid.
I remember my Unc use to play this when I was like 9 or 10 while he was getting drunk working on old school cars. Glad to see the youth enjoying this too. 🙏🏾
There's a version of Euphoria by Jamain that is hauntingly chill. It's like you can see it as a live performance on stage. It kind of alternates from singing to spoken word all throughout. It's sooo good 😂
Y'all don't even understand how great this is for music. Many people scared AI is compromising art?? BUT... Think about how many trap era kids are actively unleashed by this to go back and research soul music...
1.5 is really nice too. It has a certain kinda old school swing stab with the instruments. And the vocals sting with some precision. IMHO. It’s fire at any speed. 912 subscriber. My bday. Let’s go!!
No one is scared that this can be used to rewrite history in a way that makes it seem like we were making music with certain messages before we were in different points in history?
