good kid, m.A.A.d city available now! smarturl.it/gkmc Music video by Kendrick Lamar performing Poetic Justice (Explicit). (C) 2013 Aftermath/Interscope Records
4am. Rainy night. Drake pulls this picture out of his wallet and looks at it solemnly. "Poetic Justice..." Drake says as he smiles sadly, a tear running down his cheek. "What a sick joke."
You clearly know nothing. Kendrick got Drake to diss himself on this trick. And no, im not going to explain to you. Listen to it. Catch what Drake says when he rights his wrong. If you cant catch that, then stay out of grown folk business😂😂😂😂@Serwada237
Isn't it ironic how Drake made poetic justice good and all these other songs good and now everyone is coming after him? People just can't stand the mass of the world rather listen to Drake say a verse than Cum Dumpster Kenny 😂. Kendrick should thank Drake for the feature on take care and having him tag along as an opening act on his tour
Now this is going to sound crazy but this song got me into Law School. I quoted 'If I told you that a flower bloomed in a dark room would you trust it?' at the start of my personal statement and they were so impressed for some reason and gave me a place at a world class law school. When I grow old this song will forever hold a special place in my heart.
When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you ❤️😊
RU-vid algorithm is wildin' right now. Been watching Drake and Kendrick go back and forth and now RU-vid is like "wait, I have the perfect idea, they were on a song together... this will please master."
Scariest part now, is that this girl in the music video has died. Brittany Sky. Kendrick says in 6:16 in LA, God, ah, my confession is yours, but Who am I if I don't go to war? There's opportunity when livin' with loss I discover myself when I fall short Raise my hands to a fallen SKY, I fantasize"
This song came out when I was 10 and being 18 now I feel like I finally understand what he was referencing too when he said, “If I told you that a flower bloomed in a dark room, would you trust it?” Flowers grow with both sun and rain for nourishment but us humans we don’t just grow in happy moments we grow through facing hard times and in dark moments if that makes sense. Just thought I’d share probably hella late but wowz😂

@@igm32Damn, his shi be so deep sometimes you have to be really in tune to catch half of it. He ain't gonna explain what it means but when you figure it out, can't help but say damn.
If you have told 2011 me KenDrake would be beefing the next 12 years I would have LAUGHED in your face. And if you had mentioned it revolves around J. Cole also, I would have laughed even HARDER.
@@handleislol nah I know the songs you're referring to, but I meant as in have Cole and Kendrick both lock in the Studio and create some shit together, a bit like First Person Shooter... unfortunately we don't know where they currently stand with each other.
*I can’t believe I never put 2-and-2 together after all these years to realize that voice in the background is Janet Jacksons. Added by the fact that she also was in the movie called “Poetic Justice” with 2Pac*
thats coz ppl who know drake personally know hes a overrated nob who thinks hes the best in the game ppl ride his dik tbh fink hes a talented dude but defo overrated when we have ppl like kendrick lamar
+Zach Kendall Despite how the media tries to twist it Drake and Kendrick are still "friends" in the sense that they respect each other and probably have no problem working together
Kendrick and Drake are more like frenimies. they've both been taking shots at each other for a while, its more banter than actually dissing each other. no, they're not the best of friends but that don't mean they hate each other.
Talking majurity of their music here. Drake gives us the heart and what we want. J cole gives us the mind and somewhere in between what we want and need. And Kendrick gives us the soul what we need. They balance things out for hip hop
Louie Aleman i am not fan of any of this mohfuckers but at 2011 hiphop awards said that drake is rapper of the year.....i am full of kendrick and other more underground shit

Dang, this where it all started. Where Kendrick seen drake for the monster he is. Crazy all these years later he would be the one to humble and tame the loose beast.
