To Mr. Kennedy ,I was in Corrections in my State,,Union Representative,,I'm retired now. ,but Disabled before that the year I left working in Corrections,,I Could tell you and anyone in this Country what I do know and about how so much is Swept under a Rug.. I understand there are people who needs mental and emotional support but in the 90's. My support was an A WHOPPING by my parents and a raising of what was wrong or right. That's what is wrong with America today. Parents need to start raising their children or stop having them. I see children in Walmart telling their parents what to do and only think of how i would have been taken out to the car immediately and the situation was handled.
