Kenner Batmobile Unboxing & Review - Batman The Animated Series In this video I unbox and review the 1993 Kenner Batman The Animated Series Batmobile. #BatmanTheAnimatedSeries #BTAS #Batmobile
I asked my grandmother at the time to buy me this car for my birthday. I will never forget that day. I had SOO much fun with that car. Really wish I still had my old toys. Had the good ones, TMNT, GI Joe, and of course Batman.
Yes you can change that. If you no longer want the Batman sticker on your vehicle and you don’t want to damage either the sticker or the car, simply use lighter fluid (not bbq grill lighter fluid but the kind used to fill a cigarette lighter) and saturate the sticker. Using an X-Acto knife, very carefully lift the corner and apply more fluid. Allow capillary action to do the work for you while you lift the sticker and add fluid as necessary. When you lift it off, simply place it back on the sticker sheet and allow it to dry. It will be as if it was never used. One problem you may be faced with after removing the sticker is the color of the plastic. If the car was exposed to UV light as I’m sure it was, the plastic under the sticker will most likely have the original hue whereas the exposed plastic will have faded to some degree. You can thank me later…😜
I had a different version of this Batmobile that had a green Batman sticker on the car and it was one of my favorite toys ever because I loved this show growing up. I recently got over Covid and my aunt brought over stuff today for my family as a get well soon gift because they’re still sick, and as soon as I saw the box with my name in it I saw the original Kenner Batmobile from TAS (the exact one you have) and a giant Batman figure that has light up eyes and logo when you pop in batteries and press the button in the back. Thank you for making this video. It brought back so many memories of this show and all the cool toys that were made for the show
Thanks for showing us this very nice piece of your collection. I really like Batman the Animated Series. I still watch it today. Kevin Conroy was epic in his role as Batman. I will try to get this car for my collection, I know, the other one you mentioned, it also has working lights in the front. Left you a like and a follow. Keep up the good work. Greetings from Europe.
I recently bought (not yet received) this version through Marketplace. I was looking forward to it before, but your video REALLY has me wanting it now!
I still have this in stock room but really beaten up from playing it before.. just not sure why I dont have that Batman figure but with legend of batman(future batman) with jetpack that also fit on the jet.. :)
