Trick of the trade: take a cup of water with 2 drops of dish detergent and mix well. Use your finger to wet the part. Peel off the sticker backing and apply the mix to the adhesive side as well. You should be able to apply the sticker and move it around like a waterslide decal until you get the right placement then very carefully squeegee out the water. The decals will look factory installed. Another trick is hairspray. Apply the same way and the hairspray will actually create a stronger bond when dry.
